Pilot terms and service limits.
Pramagent is pre-production pilot software. Use it only with data and systems your organization has authorized for the pilot.
Authorized use
You are responsible for the agents, tools, credentials, policies, reviewers, and data connected to your workspace. Do not use the service to access systems or information without authorization.
Security boundary
Pramagent evaluates actions routed through an enabled integration. It is not an operating-system sandbox, does not guarantee that every agent action is intercepted, and does not prove that an allowed tool executed.
Pilot availability
The pilot may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Preserve independent backups and do not rely on it as the sole control for safety, legal compliance, incident response, or business continuity.
Who should join
Teams evaluating supported coding-agent tool paths or investigations of existing Pramagent records can request a pilot. Use synthetic, non-production activity first, with an authorized workspace owner. Unsupported external-log imports and bypass-resistant enforcement are not part of this cooperative preview.
Agree the offer before access
Request pilot access through Support and confirm the pilot duration, whether it is free or paid, workspace and usage caps, supported integrations, support hours and response expectations. An invitation is not an unlimited free-service promise. Plan illustrations are not an active offer. No response-time SLA is published here.
When the pilot ends
Agree the end date, any continuation price, export window and deletion schedule in writing before sending real data. The public preview does not promise automatic paid conversion, perpetual free retention or continued access after the pilot. Your cloud and model-provider costs remain separate.
Evidence and decisions
Exports authenticate selected available records when verified with independently trusted keys. They do not establish a complete history, legal admissibility, attribution, or regulatory certification.
Workspace responsibility
Workspace owners manage membership, approval rules, notification destinations, retention enrollment, and credential removal. Report suspected credential or evidence compromise promptly using the contact below.
