Privacy information for the pilot.
This page describes the current pilot service. A customer agreement or deployment-specific notice may add terms for a particular workspace.
Information processed
Pramagent processes account and workspace identifiers, policy configuration, tool-check metadata, approvals, and operational security logs. Exact tool arguments are processed for policy checks and website approvals. Encrypted forensic snapshots are retained only for explicitly enrolled tenants when the deployment enables them.
Why it is processed
The service uses this information to authenticate members, enforce configured tool rules, route approvals, investigate recorded decisions, protect the service, and operate the pilot. It is not sold for advertising.
Sharing and infrastructure
Configured hosting, database, email, and optional notification providers process the minimum information needed to provide their part of the service. Workspace administrators and deployment operators may have access consistent with their roles.
Retention and requests
Account, trace, approval, log, backup, and legal-hold retention are separate. Contact the operator below to request access, correction, deletion, or workspace export. A legal hold or security obligation may limit deletion.
Security limits
Pramagent uses scoped credentials, encrypted approval storage, and tamper-evident records. No internet service can promise absolute security, and a connected integration does not cover actions that bypass it.
